My Favorite Guided Journals

journaling

Writing down my thoughts has been one of my favorite things to do since I was a kid. For me, it was always a great way to be present in the moment and learn more about myself. Of course, as a kid writing in my diary, it was more of recapping my day or major events so that I could go back and remember them later on. As I grew and evolved, it became an outlet when I was upset or going through a difficult time and a place to keep record of happier moments.

Now, I love guided journals. These are perfect if you’re new to journaling because the prompts allow you to reflect on things you may not have previously thought of. They’re also perfect for seasoned journalers (yes, I made up that term haha) when you’re stumped and need some inspiration.

I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite prompted journals below:

This is a new journal that I just started and I looove the devotionals for each day. They’re rooted in scripture and the guided prompts build off of the devotional each day.

I was obsessed with Becoming by Michelle Obama. If you haven’t read it, seriously, go grab it. When she released a guided journal I knew I had to have it. The prompts are empowering and focus on owning your story.

I love this journal because it is full of inspirational quotes and it encourages you to be more mindful and self aware.

I’ve been trying to start and end my days focusing on gratitude. This journal is helpful because there’s space to jot down things you’re grateful for each day as well as a space for weekly recaps and reflections.

Are you in to journaling? What are some of your favorite guided journals?
